Craig Tibbit

Craig is a respected hospitality and estate management professional with extensive executive leadership experience across hotels, resorts, casinos, lifestyle estates, food and beverage operations, and customer experience management.

Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for creating high-performing operations, developing successful teams, and delivering exceptional customer and resident experiences. His experience spans operational strategy, financial management, procurement, food and beverage operations, hospitality management, stakeholder engagement, and organisational leadership.

Craig holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the International Hotel School (Distinction), a Management Development Program (MDP) from the University of Stellenbosch (Distinction), and a Project Management Certificate from the University of Stellenbosch. His leadership journey includes senior executive roles within Sun International and Tsogo Sun, where he was responsible for some of the largest hospitality and food and beverage operations in the country. He has successfully managed complex operational environments, large workforces, major events, and multi-million-rand business portfolios.

More recently, as Estate Manager and Hospitality Manager at Sitari Country Estate, Craig has focused on enhancing resident experiences, improving operational performance, and positioning the estate as a leading lifestyle destination.

At TerraVise Advisory, Craig leads the Operations and Hospitality Advisory division, where he helps developers, estates, golf clubs, hospitality operators, and property owners improve operational efficiency, optimise service delivery, strengthen governance structures, and create sustainable long-term value.
